Emily em Paris

It feels like the writers never went to Paris, or even left the United States. It's simply lazy writing, using the worst clichés or even inventing nonexistent ones. Emily is insufferable; she's idolized throughout the series but feels more like an ignorant, filler villain than a main character.

A refreshing series that explores the stereotypes that exist between Americans and the French—and vice versa. There are plenty of romantic twists and turns, and the lead actress evolves over the seasons—she becomes increasingly assertive and finds her place.
