A native of Hazlehurst, DeAnna Johnson was crowned Miss Georgia USA on 19 November 2016 and represented Georgia at the Miss USA 2017 pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada. DeAnna is an acomplished singer who made the top 10 on The Voice. She works closely with an organization in her state, Georgia Cares, which helps victims of childhood sex trafficking begin to heal and thrive.
