L'Auberge du canal (Écuisses)

It's in Écuisses, in Burgundy, that Élodie and Allan called on chef Philippe Etchebest to try to save their establishment. Parents of 5 children, they took over a village restaurant 4 years ago to give themselves a new life. While everything was going well for the first two years, an unfortunate event turned everything upside down and the couple's financial situation became catastrophic. Today, the whole family is in danger.
