尼尔·詹姆斯·英尼斯（Neil James Innes）是一位英国作家、喜剧演员和音乐家。他最初在先锋喜剧摇滚乐队 Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band 中崭露头角，后来成为 Monty Python 剧团的 BBC 电视连续剧和电影的频繁合作者，通常与表演者卡罗尔·克利夫兰一起被称为“第七蟒蛇”。他与 Python Eric Idle 共同创建了披头士乐队的模仿/模仿项目 Rutles，并创作了乐队的歌曲。
