中山美穗（中山美穗 饰）虽然身为万众瞩目的偶像，却爱上了自己曾经的老师水沢（三田村邦彦 饰），完全不顾水沢是一个独自抚养着三个孩子的男人，美穗一门心思的决定和他结婚。 长子贤一郎（永濑正敏 饰）的年纪比美穗还要大，他正在筹备着自己的大学考试。晶（后藤久美子 饰）对于年纪和自己相仿的美穗表现出了非常抗拒的态度。伸二（大原和彦 饰）是家中的老么，同时也是美穗的忠实粉丝。美穗嫁到水沢家中后，家里的三个孩子对待这位后妈展现出了截然不同的态度，而美穗为了保全自己的事业，在笼络三个孩子的同时，还必须想方设法的隐瞒自己的结婚事实。
