时间来到出久这群雄英高中的学生们升上二年级的春天，在英雄与敌人之间的全面战争中，出久与同学们与取得庞大力量的死柄木吊相互对峙，几番激烈交手后，英雄与敌人双方阵营尽皆元气大伤，战局在死柄木率众撤退的情况下，暂时画下句点，事实上，双方都在为更大规模的反攻做准备；于此同时，一座巨大的要塞竟毫无预警地出现在因全面战争而被摧毁的城市上空中，站在这座要塞前方的男人竟然与过去被称为「和平象征」的男人：欧尔麦特几乎完全一模一样！他究竟是敌是友？
