Salma Hayek Pinault, nascida Salma Valgarma Hayek Jiménez, (Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, 2 de setembro de 1966) é uma atriz e produtora mexicana e americana. Ela começou sua carreira no México estrelando a novela Teresa e estrelou o filme El Callejón de los Milagros (Beco dos Milagres), pelo qual foi indicada ao Prêmio Ariel. Em 1991, Hayek mudou-se para Hollywood e ganhou destaque com papéis em filmes como Desperado (1995), From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Wild Wild West e Dogma (ambos 1999). O papel de destaque de Hayek foi no filme Frida de 2002, como a pintora mexicana Frida Kahlo, pelo qual ela foi indicada para Melhor Atriz para o Oscar, o BAFTA Film Awards, e Globo de Ouro .
