그 겨울, 눈부시게 시렸던 계절, 일러스트레이터 ‘리츠’와 영업사원 ‘후미야’. 낡은 카페에서 서로를 알게 된 둘은 금새 사랑에 빠져 행복한 동거 생활을 보내고 있었다. 그러나 자유로운 성격의 ‘리츠’와 그에게 휘둘리던 ‘후미야’의 관계는 점차 어긋나기 시작한다. 어느 겨울날 이별 직후 집을 나간 ‘리츠’는 사고를 당하고 ‘후미야’에 대한 기억만 잃는다. 관계를 다시 되돌리고 싶었던 ‘후미야’는 연인이었다는 사실을 숨긴 채 ‘리츠’와 다시 함께 지낸다. 기억을 잃은 상태에서 ‘리츠’ 역시 ‘후미야’에게 다시 사랑에 빠지고, 그에게 기억을 되찾는 여행을 떠나자고 제안한다. 기억은 얼어붙은 채 다시 사랑을 하다...
