全米で話題となったグラフィックノベルを完全映画化した超常現象ホラー。「夜の橋の上で空瓶を吹きながらその名を唱えると“エンプティ・マン（無の男）”がやってくる」という都市伝説を面白がった若者グループが、ある日から次々と失踪する。姿を消した隣家の娘アマンダを見つけるため、「エンプティ・マン」を手掛かりに捜索を始めた元警察官のジェームズは、やがて謎の秘密結社の存在にたどり着く。若者たちの失踪は本当にエンプティ・マンの仕業なのか、そして秘密結社の目的は何か。都市伝説と何者かの陰謀が絡み合い、ジェームズは驚くべき事態に直面する。

This movie starts off strong but, turns BLAH really quick. It could have been much more than it was and it saddens me that such an original idea doesn't live up to it's potential.
