ゾンビウイルスの蔓延で文明社会が崩壊した世界。元軍人の“大佐”と学者の2人の男は、生存のため行動をともにしていた。彼らは、生存確率を上げるために医者の仲間が欲しいと病院を目指す。運良くゾンビから逃げていた医師の女性とその妹に出会った彼らは、姉妹を仲間に加え4人となった。だがそこへ大佐のことを知るらしい謎の男が現われる。ウイルスに感染したという男は、大佐なら治療薬を持っているはずだと脅す。
