Dopo la sconfitta di Majin Bu la pace è tornata sulla Terra e anche Goku e i suoi amici hanno ripreso la vita di tutti i giorni. Dragon Ball Super è una serie televisiva anime prodotta dalla Toei Animation e trasmessa in Giappone a partire dal 5 luglio 2015 su Fuji Television. È la prima serie TV di Dragon Ball prodotta in 18 anni, costituisce il sequel ufficiale di Dragon Ball Z.

Un incredibile finale! Arrivederci, Goku! Arrivederci a presto!
Con un lavoro di squadra coordinato, Goku e Freezer riescono a buttarsi fuori dal ring insieme a Jiren, decretando la sconfitta e la cancellazione dell'Undicesimo Universo. Essendo l'ultimo guerriero rimasto sull'arena, C-17 può esprimere il desiderio con le super sfere del drago e fa quindi ripristinare tutti gli universi cancellati. Freezer, capendo che non verrà mai resuscitato, chiede a Goku di farlo tornare in fretta negli inferi, ma Beerus permette a Whis di farlo tornare in vita come premio per il suo impegno. Il Gran Sacerdote rivela a Shin e a Beerus che Zeno aveva sempre saputo che avrebbe vinto un guerriero virtuoso e nel caso il desiderio fosse stato usato per uno scopo personale, avrebbe cancellato chiunque. Tutti sulla Terra tornano alle loro vite quotidiane. Goku rivela di aver perso l'Ultra Istinto poiché si è spinto troppo oltre, ma il Saiyan e Vegeta promettono di continuare ad allenarsi per diventare ancora più potenti.

Wow! This clearly has to be the best Dragon Ball series, ever, in the Dragon Ball franchise! Especially with the Tournament of Power Arc...the best sagas I've ever seen. Compared to the original series, it's whatever, I suppose it's not bad, not terrible, but not great either, it's fairly predictable, and there's really no suspense left imo, I suppose for those that never grew up watching the original series it's probably great, and I'll admit that the animations are, but for everything else I feel sorry for those that missed out on the original series.
