E.R. - Medici in prima linea è una serie televisiva statunitense di genere medical drama prodotta dal 1994 al 2009 e creata dallo scrittore Michael Crichton. È ambientata nel pronto soccorso del policlinico universitario di Chicago, il County General Hospital, e racconta la tipica giornata lavorativa dei medici che vi lavorano e dei vari casi che nel corso della puntata si susseguono, analizzando le varie patologie.
