Parigi è sotto attacco. Durante un ricevimento presso l'ambasciata britannica a Parigi, l'agente Vincent Taleb e l'agente dell'MI6 Zara Taylor riescono a fermare un attentato contro il ministro della Difesa francese Philippe Bardin. Ma la mente di tutto ciò, Jacob Pearce, ex capitano della Legione Straniera, riesce a fuggire ed è deciso a mettere la città sotto assedio finchè non otterrà la sua vendetta. Riusciranno a fermarlo?
