New Girl
La nuova serie di Liz Meriwether, che punta i riflettori su un nuovo modo di relazionarsi tra i due sessi. La serie, segue le vicende di un gruppo di nuovi amici. La protagonista principale è Jess Day (Zooey Deschanel), una ragazza sulla tarda ventina, che a seguito della rottura con il fidanzato, deve cambiare casa e soprattutto riprendere in mano la sua vita sociale. Troverà un nuovo appartamento da condividere con altre persone: Nick (Jake Johnson), Schmidt (Max Greenfield) e Coach (Damon Wayans Jr). I tre ragazzi , molto diversi tra loro, avranno un ruolo importante nella nuova vita della coinquilina. Completa il gruppo, l’eterna migliore amica di Jess, la modella Cece (Hannah Simone). Ben presto i cinque instaureranno un ottimo rapporto e entreranno in perfetta sintonia, creando un’insolita famiglia.

Lo sfratto
Un mese dopo il matrimonio Jess e Nick vengono sfrattati da un certo Engram Pattersky. I ragazzi ricordano i bei momenti passati nella casa e giocano per l'ultima volta ad Americano Vero mentre impacchettano le loro cose. Alla fine si scopre che era tutto un grande scherzo ideato da Winston ma Nick e Jess decidono di trasferirsi comunque.

It started out well enough, with special praise going to Max Greenfield who plays, well, I can't think of a polite word to sum up his character, but trust me when I say that whatever you want to call him he's hysterical.
