Heridas abiertas
Después de pasar un breve tiempo en un hospital psiquiátrico, la reportera Camille Preaker debe regresar a su pequeña ciudad natal para cubrir los asesinatos violentos de dos chicas preadolescentes. Durante años, Camille apenas ha hablado con Adora Crellin, su madre neurótica e hipocondríaca y con Amma, su hermanastra, una joven a quien apenas conoce. Instalada en su antiguo dormitorio en la mansión victoriana de su familia, Camille pronto se encuentra identificándose con las jóvenes víctimas. Atrapada por sus propios demonios, debe de desentrañar el rompecabezas psicológico de su propio pasado si quiere obtener la historia y encontrar al culpable de los crímenes.
