La historia se centra en un bibliotecario del pasado que viaja en el tiempo hasta el presente para descubrir que está atrapado en un mundo que ya no reconoce. Al visitar su antiguo castillo, ahora transformado en un museo público, libera inadvertidamente una poderosa magia que se extiende por todo el continente. Para corregir el caos que ha provocado, se le asigna un nuevo equipo, dando inicio a una emocionante travesía para recuperar artefactos fugitivos y restaurar el equilibrio en un mundo súbitamente sumido en la hechicería.

Ver todo en TMDBI enjoyed the original films and 2014 series of "The Librarians". Yet, somehow, the latest iteration, simply doesn't resonate with me. Why? I think the underlying problem is its been done before and frankly, its been done a lot "better". I'm sorry, but I found this disappointing. Both the script and the acting (by the majority of the cast) are subpar. If I have one positive thing to say about the show, it's that I appreciate the costume design and visuals in general, but that's nowhere near enough to warrant a higher score.
