Upgrading the President

Having been heavily damaged during the fight between the G-Force and Lord Tyran's League of Villains above the planet Themea, George Washington desperately needs an upgrade. The G-Force go to a junkyard on the planet Svarog, only to find that it's really a trap set by Lord Tyran, who has the CPU chip that George Washington needs in order to be upgraded.
