PC Ed Clarke is alerted to a suspicious vehicle on a petrol forecourt linked to the supply of counterfeit goods and when he discovers a holdall crammed with foreign cigarettes, the driver claims he is on his way to Lidl to make a delivery. In Stoke-on-Trent, officers chase a white van on cloned plates.
