Matthew „Matt“ Flynn (geboren am 23. Mai 1970) ist ein US-amerikanischer Musiker. Er ist der Schlagzeuger der Pop-Rock-Band Maroon 5. Nachdem er zwei Jahre lang als Tour-Schlagzeuger für die Band tätig gewesen war, ersetzte Flynn 2006 offiziell den ursprünglichen Schlagzeuger von Maroon 5, Ryan Dusick; dieser hatte die Gruppe aufgrund schwerer Handgelenk- und Schulterverletzungen verlassen, die er sich durch die ständigen Tourneen nach der Veröffentlichung des ersten Albums *Songs About Jane* (2002) zugezogen hatte. Bevor er zu Maroon 5 stieß, spielte Flynn Schlagzeug für The B-52's, Chicago, Gavin DeGraw und Gandhi.
