Constance Zimmer (geb. 11. Oktober 1970) ist eine amerikanische Schauspielerin, die vielleicht am bekanntesten für ihre Rolle als Dana Gordon in HBO's Entourage und als Claire Simms in dem von der Kritik gefeierten ABC Legal Comedy-Drama Boston Legal ist.
