Die Science-Fiction-Serie „Quantum Leap“ ist die Neuauflage der gleichnamigen Serie aus den 1980er Jahren: 30 Jahre sind vergangen, seitdem Dr. Sam Beckett in den Beschleuniger stieg und daraufhin verschwand. Nun wurde ein neues Team zusammengestellt, um das Projekt wieder neu zu starten und vielleicht die Geheimnisse des Geräts zu lüften, das damals seiner Zeit so weit voraus war, dass es auch „heute“ noch unerreicht ist.

Watching a couple of episodes of this re-boot has just made me want to watch the original series again. Don't know why they bothered with this 2022 version of Quantum Leap... the characters are insincere, the stories are hollow, the drama is over inflated. It's just not interesting.
