Die Pembrokeshire-Morde
Detective Superintendent Steven Wilkins (Luke Evans) rollt Mitte der 2000er Jahre einen besonders grausamen Kriminalfall wieder auf: Ein Waliser Serienmörder tötete in den 80er und 90er Jahren mindestens vier Menschen. Mit neuer Überwachungstechnik und der DNA-Analyse hofft Wilson, endlich dem brutalen Serienkiller auf die Spur zu kommen. Tatsächlich gelingt es dem Ermittler schließlich, den Farmarbeiter John Cooper (Keith Allen) als Mörder überführen.

Another dramatic police detective miniseries based on a real case, with another dedicated but flawed detective and his team of investigators. This show had no trouble holding my interest with its intelligent script and competent ensemble cast. I did think a couple of the evidence leads they worked on and developed were more weak than they indicated. Even their “We got him!” Moment had me thinki…
